IBM Offered To Pay GloFo To Take Its Fabs.
IBM offered GloFo $1 billion to take its fabs off its hands, reports Bloomberg, but GloFo said it wanted $2 billion.
IBMis selling a 200 mm fab in Burlington and a 300mm fab in East Fishkill.
