Preliminary Characterisation Report for Perceptia’s pPLL08W in GF 22FDX Now Available

Sydney, Australia – October 23, 2025 – Perceptia Devices today announced the availability of the preliminary characterisation report for its pPLL08W wide-range phase-locked loop (PLL) IP implemented in GlobalFoundries’ 22FDX® process technology.

The report details early performance results of pPLL08W in 22FDX, showing low phase noise and spurs, wide frequency coverage, and low power consumption. Designed with a focus on RF applications, the pPLL08W is particularly well suited for use in wireless communication systems, including 5G radios, WiFI radios and IoT transceivers.
