Silicon Image Announces Departure Of Chief Legal Officer
SUNNYVALE, Calif., August 28, 2006 — Silicon Image, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIMG), a leader in semiconductors for the secure storage, distribution and presentation of high-definition content, today announced that Patrick Reutens, 47, chief legal officer, has accepted a chief legal officer position at another global semiconductor company and will be leaving the company effective September 5, 2006.

Reporting directly to Tirado, Stephanie Alexander, 41, will serve as the interim head of legal until a permanent replacement is appointed. Alexander joined Silicon Image in December 2005 as associate general counsel. Over the past 15 years, Alexander has served as senior associate general counsel at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. and senior litigation associate at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP). Alexander earned her doctorate of jurisprudence from Yale Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
