Kilopass Appoints Industry Veteran Dana Reyes Vice President of Finance To Scale Business Expansion
Ms. Reyes’ Extensive High-Tech Industry Finance Background To Manage Growth of Global Footprint, Diversified Business, and Sophisticated Transactions
Santa Clara, Calif., March 19, 2013 – Kilopass Technology Inc. (www.kilopass.com), a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), announced today that Dana T. Reyes has been appointed vice president of finance, reporting to Kilopass CFO James T. Lindstrom. Ms. Reyes brings to Kilopass over 20 years of public and private company finance, accounting and operations know how including broad experience in initial public offering (IPO), mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and financial auditing at a Big 4 CPA firm. Ms. Reyes starts immediately.

Dana Reyes has over 20 years of wide-ranging finance and accounting experience at public companies including semiconductor-based Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and EDA giant Cadence Design Systems, Inc. as well as private companies including
Barracuda Networks (internet security) and Host Analytics (Software-as a-Service). Her background comprises extensive expertise in M&As, IPO and international accounting and operations as well as building infrastructure and systems implementation.
