Leading Semiconductor Industry executives join Belfast-based multimedia & communications semiconductor virtual component leader as outside directors.

Integrated Silicon Systems - The Multimedia ASVC CompanyTM today announced the appointment of two new members of the company's board of directors. Pete Magowan - currently Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, ARM Holdings plc.; and Greg Reyes Sr.- a private investor and member of eight other company boards, including C-Cube Microsystems, add depth and strength to ISS' management team.

 About Pete Magowan
Pete Magowan is currently Exec. VP Sales and Marketing and a member of the executive team at ARM Holdings plc. Pete has been with ARM for 10 years in a variety of sales, marketing, and business development roles developing the commercial side of the company from a startup to a FTSE100 company. Mr. Reyes has been a private investor and management consultant since 1994. Prior to that he served as chairman and CEO of Sunward Technologies Inc. From March 1986 to August 1990, Mr. Reyes was chairman and CEO of American Semiconductor Equipment Technologies. Mr. Reyes is a director of C-Cube Microsystems and Arc Cores International. Mr. Reyes also serves as a director of eight privately held companies. Mr. Reyes and Mr. Magowan both join ISS' board in a private capacity unrelated to their other investments or means of employment. The appointment of Messers Reyes & Magowan bring the total of outside directors to 4 on the ISS board, joining 3 company executives and representatives of the venture capital investors in ISS: Apax Ventures of London, and Enterprise Equity of Dublin.
