CFX’s 130nm EEPROM IP Passes Customer Product-Level Evaluation, Ready for Mass Commercial Adoption

(CFX), a one-stop NVM(Non-Volatile Memory) storage IP supplier, announced today that the company’s custom-developed EEPROM IP, based on the 130nm standard process platform, has successfully passed the full-process PVT testing and reliability verification by customers, marking its official readiness for mass commercial adoption. The newly released EEPROM IP is designed for SPD modules, a critical component in modern memory systems widely used in DDR and LPDDR memory modules. The SPD stores essential parameters such as capacity, speed, timing configuration, and voltage levels. Upon system power-up, the host controller must first read the SPD data to ensure proper memory initialization and stable operation. Therefore, the storage IP underpinning the SPD must deliver exceptional data reliability and long-term stability.
