Overview

The WEA1015PD130G is a differential ended envelope detector of 500mV output voltage . It has a differential input and is capable of detecting signals over a wide dynamic range, from –26dBm to 10dBm.The baseband part is used as an amplification stage for the RF part. The WEA1015PD130G is well suited for power control in microwave Backhaul,5G and SatCom.
