He established & lead their automation team for 3 years. After TI he worked at Insilica Semiconductor for 2 years & put together their physical design team. From 2005 to 2010, he worked at SanDisk managing their physical design team. He has developed indepth knowledge in IC-fabrication, Design, System, Reliability and Packaging.
His concept of the tool CALA ( Capacitor Array Layout Automation) developed in Texas Instruments has been patented. He was the co-author of paper “Cost reduction by designing a trim less 12 bit capacitor DAC based SAR ADC—TLV2544” submitted in TI India Technical Conference (1999) & it won Second best paper award. “A new user friendly method of parasitic representation” concept was presented in “VLSI design & test workshop 1999” by him.
Harianth Renukamurthy
Harianth has completed BE from REC, Suratkal (NITK) and MTech from IISc, Bangalore. His first job was with HCL-Hewlett Packard, New Delhi for 2 years and then he joined Texas Instruments, Bangalore in 1995. He was part of ASIC library development team as an ASIC circuit design manager handling mainly standard cells and IO development and to some extent compiler memories. He was more closely associated with low power library development and power saving techniques in 90nm and 65 nm technologies.
In 2006 he took up the role of design manager of MSP430 designs on 0.35 um Flash technology and later moved on to the role of MSP430 project manager in Texas Instruments Germany. In 2010 he resigned from the job after about 15 yrs of service with TI with an aim of creating technical jobs closer to rural areas in India.
