Saifun Extends its Licensing Agreement with Japanese Licensee

- Saifun Semiconductors Ltd., a provider of intellectual property solutions for the non-volatile memory (NVM) market, today announced that the company has extended its licensing agreement with one of its Japanese licensees, a major consumer electronics manufacturer, to provide Saifun NROM® technology.  Under terms of the agreement, the Japanese company will license Saifun’s NROM technology for use with its SiP (System in Package) in addition to embedded NVM products.
