Quintauris and WITTENSTEIN high integrity systems Partner to Advance Safety-Critical RISC-V Solutions for Automotive Applications
Munich, Germany – July 1, 2025 – Quintauris, the company founded as a single source to enable compatible RISC-V-based products, is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with WITTENSTEIN high integrity systems (WHIS), a leading provider of safety-critical Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS). This collaboration aims to strengthen the foundation for RISC-V high-performance, and safety-certified real-time applications.
WHIS brings decades of experience in designing and delivering safety-critical embedded software for different markets. Their safety critical RTOS, SAFERTOS®, is engineered to meet the highest functional safety standards and deliver dependable performance under the most demanding conditions. It has been independently certified by TÜV SÜD to IEC 61508 SIL3 and ISO 26262 ASIL D.
