Charge-Pump positive voltage generator with LDO in-built on SMIC 65nm
- The present IP is a charge-pump and low dropout voltage generator, which is developed with SMIC 65nm ETOX Nor Flash process
- And it generates 4.5~6v high voltage (pump output) and 3V-4.2V trimmable voltages (LDO) based on the pump output for other blocks.
-
Low Power BandGap Reference with chopper on SMIC 40nm
- The IP is a Band-gap reference generator circuit
- In the core block, with the use of chopper, the random error caused by the offset of the opamp is compensated to improve the accuracy of output
- And the ripple of output is effectively removed by notch filter
- The output reference voltage is 1.2V
-
Temperature Sensor with 10Bit Digital output on SMIC 40nm
- The present IP is a high accuracy and highly integrated temperature sensor
- It consists of analog front-end (TS_FE) and back-end (SDADC)
- TS_FE is to generate the temp dependence voltage (VBE or ΔVBE), and then SDADC converts the voltage to one 10bit digital code.
