NXP's Declining Valuation
As predicted at the time of the NXP IPO in August, investors have lost out in the after-market.
Shares which were sold at the $14 IPO price are now trading at around $12.
At the time of the IPO, Bloomberg pointed out that the shares of all 17 LBO-acquired companies which have been IPO'd this year have fallen after the IPO.
