WiLAN Subsidiary Enters into License Agreement with Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc.
OTTAWA, CANADA -- 11/30/16 -- WiLAN (TSX:WIN) (NASDAQ:WILN) today announced that the Company's subsidiary, North Star Innovations, Inc., has entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Elite Semiconductor Memory Technology Inc. ("ESMT"), a Taiwan-based company specializing in integrated circuits.
The consideration paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
