Weebit Nano quadruples revenue to $4.4 million

August 27, 2025 – Weebit Nano Ltd (ASX: WBT, Weebit), a leading developer and licensor of advanced memory technologies for the global semiconductor industry, has delivered revenue of $4.4 million in FY25 – a 300% increase on the prior corresponding period.

Revenues comprised IP licensing and Non-Recurring Engineering fees for its embedded ReRAM Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) technology. Weebit Nano currently has IP licensing agreements with three fabs and a design agreement with one product company.

Weebit Nano CEO, Coby Hanoch, said: “Our strong revenue growth over the past year reflects our continued commercial progress, including signing an agreement with Tier-1 Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM) onsemi, and progressing towards qualification with leading foundry DB HiTek. We expect revenues to steadily increase over the coming year as we sign additional licensing agreements with foundries and IDMs as well as new design agreements with product companies.”
