PQShield becomes ST Authorized Partner
February 23, 2026 -- We are pleased to share that we are now an ST Authorized Partner.
Being an ST Authorized Partner means we have worked closely with STMicroelectronics to ensure our Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) solutions are fully optimized for their industry-leading STM32 microcontrollers. For our customers, this translates to faster integration, lower power consumption, and the peace of mind that their security is built on a foundation of verified hardware and software compatibility.
One of the key reasons for this partnership is our ability to solve the ‘Quantum Tax’ on small devices. Our PQMicroLib-Core—the world’s smallest PQC implementation—fits into under 5KB of RAM. This allows ST customers to add quantum-safe security to even the most memory-constrained STM32 devices without having to upgrade their hardware.
Explore Cryptography IP:
- Highly configurable HW Lattice PQC ultra acceleration in AXI4 & PCIe systems
- PQPerform-Inferno + RISC-V processor for enhanced crypto-agility
- Highly-optimized PQC implementations, capable of running PQC in under 15kb RAM
Products designed today using ST chips are often expected to stay in the field for 10 to 15 years. By using PQShield’s ST-authorized libraries now, manufacturers can protect their devices against ‘Harvest Now, Decrypt Later’ attacks, ensuring they remain secure long after quantum computers become a reality.
Are you developing on the STM32 platform and looking to implement NIST-standardized PQC? You can now find PQShield listed in the ST Partner Directory, or you can contact our team directly for a demo of our libraries running on ST silicon.
