Kilopass Appoints Colin Bill as Chief Scientist To Lead Next Generation of Product Innovation
Industry Veteran Brings over 20 Years of Non-Volatile Memory Design Experience
Santa Clara, Calif. –– March 20, 2014 –– Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced the appointment of Colin Bill as its Chief Scientist to lead specific breakthrough projects for the next generation of product rollouts.

“Colin has 26 years of experience in the semiconductor memory industry specializing in the design and development of leading-edge NVM products,” said Kilopass CTO Harry Luan. “He has led numerous successful Flash product developments including one of the first 3V-only Flash devices, BIST for Flash products, nitride-based NAND Flash and new RRAM technology. Most recently, Colin has been involved in design enablement responsible for embedded NVM’s and 20/14nm analog IPs. Colin is author or co-author of 57 patents and recently served on the ISSCC Memory Committee. We’re extremely pleased to have him join our team.”
