Faraday Technology Promotes Key Executives to Enhance Global Focus and Strengthen North America Operation
Faraday Completes Overseas Business Management Team by Naming Charlie Cheng as VP of International Business and Charlie Hauck as General Manager of USA Subsidiary
Hsinchu Taiwan, and Sunnyvale CA, July 30, 2004 -- Faraday Technology Corporation (TAIEX: 3035), a leading fabless ASIC and IP provider, today announced a strengthening of its international business management functions, with the appointment of Charlie Cheng as Vice President of International Business Unit, and the promotion of Charlie Hauck to General Manager of Faraday USA. In their new roles, Cheng will direct Faraday's USA , Japan , and Europe subsidiaries, and manage the newly formed International Business Operation Division at headquarters, and Hauck will head up the company's North America Operation, reporting to Cheng.
