Faraday Announces Revenue for May Record Revenue of NT$ 420 Million
HSINCHU, TAIWAN – June 8, 2004 - Faraday Technology Corporation (TAIEX: 3035) (“Faraday”), a leading silicon IP and fabless ASIC company today reported record results for its May revenue ended May 31, 2004. Record revenue for May was NT$ 420 million, up 3.4% from NT$ 406 million of April, 2004, and up 28.8% from the same period of last year. A break down of May's record revenue includes 88.2% from ASIC revenues and 11.8% from IP revenues. Overall financial performance and gross margin of Faraday for May exceed Faraday's previous expectations.
