Emuzed selects Wipro's IEEE 1394 Core for Digital Video Application

Bangalore, July 22, 2002 - Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Limited (NYSE:WIT), today announced the licensing of its IEEE 1394a OHCI 1.1 Core to Emuzed Inc., a leading provider of multimedia products for the PC and embedded markets. This will enable Emuzed to increase the range and speed of its offerings in the digital video market.

With the household preference moving towards digital TV and digital products such as MP3 players, many of these devices and products will become connected to each other in future to provide consumers with greater choice, convenience and productivity in their homes.
