ARC International announces the appointment of Additional Non Executive Director
ARC International announces the appointment of Jeremy (Jez) San OBE to the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 November 2002.
Jez, 36, has 20 years of valuable experience in the technology industry. In 2001, he was voted Entrepreneur of the Year by the European Technology Forum and he has recently received an OBE for services to the computer game industry.
Jez is Chief Executive Officer of Argonaut Games PLC and was a founder of ARC International. When ARC International was demerged from Argonaut in September 1998, he retained a major shareholding in the Company and currently holds 17% of its issued share capital through a family trust. Jez holds no other directorships in publicly quoted companies outside the Argonaut Group.
