SMIC 0.13um DLL
Overview
The S13V33_DLL_04 generates 4-channel fixed timing delay. The operating voltage ranges from 1.08V ~ 1.32V, and the operating junction temperature from -40℃ ~ 125℃. It can process input clock frequency of 125MHz. This IP can generate a 45 degree (90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315 degree optional) phase shift of DQS period that is represented by the reference input clock (CLK_DLL).
