The 180SMIC_NFCV_01 is a tag IC that works with NFCV technology. When connected to an antenna designed according to the IC parameters, the tag is able to accumulate energy and exchange information with the reader.
The IC includes an analog and a digital part. This solution does not contain EEPROM, the information is read pre programmed. The electrical characteristics of the analog and digital parts are adapted to achieve optimal performance. The analog part contains a built-in power stabilizer, a reference current source, a rectifier, a demodulator, a modulator and a POR. The digital part is clocked using a carrier frequency extracted from the field.
The IC is compliant with is ISO/IEC 15693-3 standard and NFC Forum NFC-V.
