Low voltage digital temperature sensor
Overview
STAR2021 is a completely self-contained digital temperature sensore in a TSMC 1.1V 65nm CMOS process. It uses a SAR ADC with a built-in low-jitter ring oscillator for fast acquisition and low-power when not in use. STAR2021 uses a two point factory calibration to achieve optimal absolute temperature accuracy. The digital temperature sensor consumes only 60uA of current.
