Li-Ion Battery Charger - ±1% Accuracy (4.2V) / Up to 1500mA Fast Charge Silterra 0.18 um

This macro-cell is a precision linear Li-Ion battery charger core (4.2V, ±1%) designed for SilTerra CL180GH5 0.18µm CMOS technology (5V). The circuit has internal under/over-voltage, current/temperature protections. It includes a built-in NTC circuit with internal bias resistor for the battery thermistor. Charge current is digitally programmable from 100mA to 1500mA. It supports USB and AC adapter and features a backup charger (ML series).
