Overview

The WEA10AD45 is a high performance SOI analog-to-digital converter that digitizes signals to 10 bits resolution at sampling rates up to 70 MSPS. The WEA10AD45 supports a wide analog input voltage range (0 V to 1.2 V). The WEA10AD45 integrates a capacitor-based DAC with an inherent track-and-hold circuit, a dynamic comparator with dc-offset compensation and the SAR logic state machine. The device operates from a 1.5 V supply. The WEA10AD45 requires 12 cycles for the conversion. The digital data are available at the falling edge of the 12th clock pulse.
