14b, 3.2Gsps, 75MHz BW ADC for RADAR in UMC 28nm
Overview
AD14CT75MU28HPCP is a wide band continuous time sigma delta ADC with -80dBc of dynamic range in 75Mhz bandwidth. The ADC comprises of a continuous time sigma delta modulator having a multibit quantizer and followed by a programmable OSR decimation filter. The device is fabricated on 28nm process where combined with high density logic circuits. This ADC samples wide bandwidth analog signals with good linearity best suited for many applications. Small footprint and completely integrated reference drivers simplify integration complexity in RF front-end and SOC. In-built calibration engine helps reducing sensitivity to process, voltage and temperature variations which improves overall system robustness.
