128x16 Bits OTP (One-Time Programmable) IP, DBHitek 0.13um BCD Process Platforms

Overview

The ATO0128X16DB130BSA3NA is organized as a 128x16 one-time programmable (OTP). This is a type of non-volatile memory fabricated in DBHitek BD130LVA (130BCDSA) process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

Key Features

  • Fully compatible with DBHitek BD130LVA (130BCDSA) process.
  • Wide operating voltage range:
  • – Read voltage: VDD 1.5–5.5V
  • – Program Voltage: VDD 5 V ± 5%
  • Programming time: 10-µs program time per bit.
  • Read time: 800-ns read cycle time (Tcyc, min.) and 400-ns read access time (Tcd, max.) per byte.
