TRIM's LTR1004 and LTR4041 Voltage Reference IPs are Available for IBM 0.13um Process Technology
– LTRIM Technologies, an innovative leader in CMOS analog virtual components and laser fine tuning technologies, today announced the availability of two voltage reference virtual component IPs on IBM 0.13um process technology node. The LTR1004 and LTR4041 voltage reference virtual component IPs are fully validated on IBM 0.13um, CMOS, 8RF process technology.
The LTR1004 is a very accurate shunt voltage reference designed to operate from 9uA to 35mA. The LTR4041 is also a shunt voltage reference with lower noise and smaller block size. The LTR4041 operates from 32uA to 25mA. Both IPs have fixed 1.18V output voltage.
“These voltage reference IPs offer unique features that are critical to advanced SoC designs” said Guy Lemieux, LTRIM President and CEO. “The low tolerance and stable output of the IP blocks improve SoC performance and lower system cost.”
