LTRIM Technologies Announces new DC-DC Converter IP
Montreal, Québec – February 9, 2004: LTRIM Technologies, an innovative leader in CMOS analog virtual components - intellectual property (IP) - and Laser Fine Tuning technologies, today announced the addition of LTR2001 charge pump family to its DC-DC converter product line
The LTR2001 family is a state-of-the-art regulated switching circuitry available in TSMC 0.18um CMOS technology. It offers a wide range of output voltage, 1.8V to 6.5V, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Additional features, such as a shutdown circuit and the ability to operate using an internal VCO or an external clock source, are also available to provide customers with design ease and higher SoC programmability and flexibility. “The LTR2001 is a novel design in the industry; the low quiescent current makes this IP ideal for battery powered applications, where low power consumption and management is critical” said Hongtao Diao, Dir. Product marketing.
The LTR2001 is available today for customers to integrate with their designs; product briefs and datasheets are available on the LTRIM website. LTRIM will also work with its customers to port and modify the existing design to meet their specific requirements and technology needs.
