Kilopass Recruits Bruce Bateman for Development of the Next-Generation Memory
Master Innovator and Circuit Designer to Expand Kilopass’ Product Offering Portfolio
Santa Clara, Calif. –– September 9, 2014 –– Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP), today announced the appointment of Bruce Bateman as its Engineering Fellow to join innovation efforts for the next new alternate memory.

“Bruce has 22 years of experience in the semiconductor memory industry as an original innovator. He is known for his many contributions at Unity Semiconductor as a groundbreaking memory designer and leader. At T-RAM Semiconductor, Inc., he was team director for the design and development of SRAM chips and he was a key contributor on Metal-Oxide RAM development at Rambus,” said Kilopass Senior Vice President of R&D, Harry Luan. “Bruce has over 14 breakthrough patents in memory, circuit design, and improving processor performance. We are very pleased to have Bruce join our team as we pioneer the next generation memory.”
