Emerging Memory Technologies (EMT), a leading provider of embedded memory technology solutions, appoints Dr. Lluis Paris as Chief Operating Officer
–Emerging Memory Technologies Inc. (EMT) a leading provider of embedded memory technology solutions to the semiconductor industry, has announced the appointment of Dr. Lluis Paris, Ph.D., MBA as Chief Operating Officer. Dr.Paris will be responsible for the creation of market strategy, revenue creation and engineering execution for this rapidly growing organization.
Prior to joining EMT, Dr. Paris was responsible for the Competitive Intelligence business at Semiconductor Insights. There he helped grow the business and launched a series of successful new products.
Previously, he has held increasingly senior management roles in MOSAID, including General Manager of the Semiconductor Division. There he successfully launched a family of Ternary Content Addressable Memories, TCAMs.
Dr. Paris has held a series of other management roles in different companies including the National Center for Microelectronics and D+T, in Barcelona, Spain. He is particularly recognized for his capability to analyze market trends, forecast new profitable market niches and lead the creation of products adapted to those market opportunities.
