Appellate Court Affirms PTSC's Technology Litigation Suit
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2003--PTSC (Patriot Scientific Corporation) (OTCBB:PTSC - News) today announced the Fourth Appellate Court, Division One, of the State of California has affirmed the judgment issued by the trial court in 2000 which ruled in favor of PTSC on all counts in the case of Fish vs. nanoTronics, Patriot and Gloria Felcyn, Trustee. The lawsuit, which was brought by one of the co-inventors of the ShBoom technology, the predecessor technology to the IGNITE, sought a judgment for damages and a restoration of the technology to the co-inventor.
