Alphacore To Develop Rad-Hard CMOS Standard Cell Library, Meeting DOD Standards, For U.S. Navy
Aug 19, 2019 -- Alphacore, a leader in robust radiation hardened analog, mixed-signal and RF designs for strategic and space missions, will develop a complete library of radiation-hard standard cells implemented for fabrication of deep sub-micron processes like the GlobalFoundries GF22FDX. Developed CMOS test characterization vehicles will be used to identify and quantify SEL, SEB, SEU and TID radiation effects as well as other degradation mechanisms associated with reliability of these advanced technologies. The cell library models will be compatible with contemporary available design environments.
