Overview

This is a crystal oscillator specifically designed for low power application. It is configurable to suit for 2M~32MHz crystals working at fundamental parallel resonant mode, with the average current less than 1mA.

  • Operating ambient temp range: -40~85°C

  • Frequency range: 2M~4M, 4M~8M, 8M~16M, 16M~32M configurable
  • Operating current: <1mA (if configured for 16M~32M crystal)
  • Start-up time: <2ms (if configured for 2M~4M crystal)
  • Drive strength: >INVCLKHD4X cells of VeriSilicon SMIC13 library
