IBM 65nm LPe 24M Crystal Oscillator

Overview

This is a crystal oscillator specifically designed for low power application. It is configurable to suit for 2M~32MHz crystals working at fundamental parallel resonant mode, with the average current less than 1mA. The oscillator supply can be overdriven to 3.6V.
