11-bit, up-to 2GHz iBW, ultra-low power DAC in GF 22nm

Overview

Tx2GGF22 is the flagship product of InCirT exploiting completely a new architecture which leads to ultra-low power consumption (0.4W) while maintaining perfect spectral shaping of up to 2GHz of instantaneous bandwidth without any Nyquist replicas in the spectrum.
Tx2GGF22 includes dedicated DSP, sophisticated high speed deserializer, frequency synthesizer and 11-bit IQ DACs with IF-frontend.
Tx2GGF22 inherits bandpass filtering of the output signal leading to avoiding using expensive bandpass filters at the output. It can transmit any type of data or modulation scheme.
Tx2GGF22 is a software-defined radio where its parameters such as modulation bandwidth, modulation order and operating frequency are programmable.
