SMIC 0.18um Low Leakage MMC Card
Overview
To provide a solution of MMC cards, SMIC18LL_MMC_01 is integrated together by four independent IPs: SMIC18LL_PRG_03, SMIC18LL_ROSC_01, SMIC18LL_VDT_01B and SMIC18LL_POR_03. It can provide two regulated 1.8v output voltages, monitor rising of the supply voltage and detect the supply voltage level. Also, an on chip ring oscillator is built in.
