  •  This combo IO supports MIPI I3C IO specifications in 1.8V to 3.3V range.
  •  Supports I2C SM/FM/FM+ specifications in 1.8V to 3.3V range.
  •  Programmable driver in GPIO push pull mode, supports 4/8/12mA drive current in respective 00/01/10 drive mode settings.
  •  GPIO frequency of operation is 100 MHz in normal application mode.
  •  Selectable hysteresis option in Input mode.
  •  Programmable input options (pull-up, pull-down, high keeper).
  •  No power sequence requirements, I/O is 3-stated when core power is not valid (POC control).
  •  Power-on-Start (POS) capable.
  •  ESD hardness of 2KV HBM, 500V CDM and +/- 100mA current injection for latch up.
