Overview

Combo voltage regulator designed in GF 22FDX, combining a linear regulator for active mode with an ultra-low quiescent regulator for low-power operation in sleep mode. A Regulation Control Unit (RCU) manages booting and safe transitions between each regulation functions to ease SoC integration.
