76 GHz to 81 GHz Power Detector
Overview
The WEA7681PD22G is a single ended detector of 100 mV to 900 mV output voltage. It has a differential input and is capable of detecting signals over two dynamic ranges, from –1 dBm to 14 dBm and from 5 dBm to 20 dBm. It consists of 2 parts, the RF part and the Analog processing part. The baseband part is used as an amplification stage for the RF part.
