256x16 Bits OTP (One-Time Programmable) IP, 256x16 Bits One Time Programmable Device SMIC 110nm 1.2V/3.3V Mixed Signal Generic Process

Overview

The AT256X16Z110LL0AA is organized as 256 bits by 16 one-time programmable in 16-bit read and 1-bit program modes. This is a kind of non-volatile memory fabricated in standard SMIC110nm low leakage process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

Key Features

  • Fully compatible with standard SMIC 1P6M 110nm CMOS core logic process (Use at least 1P4M out of maximum 1P6M, no special metal/polyimide shielding requirements. Use core logic only.)
  • Low program voltage: 3.6±0.1V VDDP and VDDP2, and 0.8~1.32V VDD, 1 bit at a time
  • Low read voltage: 1.30~1.40V VDDP and VDDP2 and 0.8~1.32V VDD, 16 bits at a time
  • High speed: 10µs program time per bit and read cycle 66ns (15MHz) 16-bit at a time
  • Asynchronous address and control input and latched output. CMOS levels I/Os
  • One additional row to store any information
  • Built-in I-FuseTM protection circuit
  • Built-in margin mode and test modes to generate pseudo-checkerboard patterns
  • Wide temperature: -40°C to 125°C
