128x8 Bits OTP (One-Time Programmable) IP, SMIC 0.18µm 1.8V/3.3V Mixed Signal Process

Overview

The AT128X8Z180MH0AA is organized as a 128-bit by 8 one-time programmable (OTP). This is a kind of non-volatile memory fabricated in 0.18µm standard CMOS core logic process. The OTP can be widely used in chip ID, security key, memory redundancy, parameter trimming, configuration setting, feature selection, and PROM, etc.

Key Features

  • Fully compatible with standard 0.18µm CMOS core logic process
  • Low voltage: 1.8V+/-10% core voltage and 1.8V+/-5% program voltage.
  • High speed: 10µs program time per bit, and 100ns read cycle time per byte
  • Small area: est. 180µm x 610µm
  • Metal layers: 1P4M with 22k thick Metal4
  • Built-in a fuse protection circui
