IGAADCX04A is a general-purpose analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with 12-bit resolution. This ADC is based on SAR architecture and the sampling rate can be up to 16 MHz.
IGAADCX04A contains one input buffer, one 12-bit ADC with a high-speed parallel interface, and an internal reference voltage generator.
A power-down mode is available to disable the ADC and is used for lower power dissipation.
