Low power oscillator insensitive to variations of power supply voltage and temperature
Overview
Oscillator is based on the new architecture solution providing low power consumption and good stability over temperature range and voltage supply.
Key Features
- Oscillator block consists of a low-power current-voltage reference circuit, comparator (operational amplifier), voltage controlled oscillator (5-stage current starved ring oscillator, VCO), frequency divider and frequency-to-voltage converter (FVC).
Benefits
- Stability over voltage supply range from 1.2V to 1.8V and temperature range from -20o C to 85o C
