Low-power, High-Precision Voltage Band-Gap Reference Circuit
Overview
eBGV018-I is a low-power high-precision voltage bandgap reference circuit. The bandgap circuit accepts wide range of supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V and provides a stable 1.25V reference voltage. The output voltage has less than 2% variation from -40 to 125 degree Celsius.
