Overview

The caplessLDO-ref-[1.8-5.5]-[0.9-1.4].01 is a capacitor-less Linear Regulator with programmable output voltage, used to generate SoC internal voltage supply from a Li-Ion battery, coin cell, 2xAA batteries, USB (i.e. 1.8 V to 5.5 V input supply)
It embeds a fast voltage reference, logic control and biasing circuit, enabling to operate as a standalone component.

  • Low BoM, no external capacitor required
  • Low shutdown current (40 nA) to ensure low power power consumption in sleep mode when the LDO is turned off
  • Three modes : operation, IDLE and STOP1 to enable various power modes at SoC-level
