Overview

This macro-cell is a precision linear Li-Ion battery charger core (4.2V, +/-1%) designed for SilTerra CL180GH5 0.18μm CMOS technology (5V).

The circuit has internal under/over-voltage, current/temperature protections. It includes a built-in NTC circuit with internal bias resistor for the battery thermistor. Charge current is digitally programmable from 100mA to 1500mA. It supports USB and AC adapter and features a backup charger (ML series).
