Overview

The NT1020 is a multisystem receiver intended to perform a simultaneous reception, down conversion, filtering and amplifying of GNSS GPS/Galileo/BeiDou and GLONASS L1/F1-band signals.
IC is fabricated on SiGe BiCMOS TSMC 0.18 um technology.

  • 3-wires serial peripheral interface for status monitoring, mode configuration and parameter adjustment
  • «Stand-by» mode with minimum current consumption
