The WEA8ADC18BICAL22G is an 8-bit Successive
Approximation Analog to Digital Converter. It
supports a rail-to-rail input voltage range. The
WEA8ADC18BICAL22G integrates a capacitorbased DAC with an inherent track-and-hold circuit, a
dynamic comparator and the SAR logic state
machine. The WEA8ADC18BICAL22G integrates
gain and offset calibration mechanisms. The device
operates from a 1.8 V supply. The
WEA8ADC18BICAL22G requires 18 cycles for the
conversion. The digital data are available at the
falling edge of the 18th clock pulse.
