90nm 9-bit ultra-low power ADC
Overview
Imec offers a white-box IP license with support on a low power 9bit 10MS/s SAR ADC in 90nm CMOS. This ADC uses a low power dynamic logic for control as well as custom-designed capacitors for low power.

- INL/DNL <0.6LSB at 1V
- Power consumption scales dynamiclly with the sampling rate
- FoM can be as low as 7.1J/conv.step at 1V at 10MS/s
